Even if it were a WAM reverse the cost to send to a TPG for evaluation would way exceed the value of the coin - they are relatively common. I suggest that you have not taken the time to educate yourself on the markers and pick-up points for the WAM variety - it has nothing to do with your eyes and all to do with your homework prep. I knew in 2 seconds that is a CAM reverse - and my eyes are likely a lot older than yours. Focus on the A is STATES. If the A is centered between the two adjacent T it is a WAM. If the A is closer to the second T (like your coin) then it is a CAM. This is a much easier, and reliable, diagnostic to see than the spacing between the A M.
