Greetings Twin, There is only one listing for a DDR of this year and mint, yet no mention of any doubling to any of the columns.
The doubling for the listed one is easily recognizable by going straight to the Interpunct`s "DOTS" of EPU in witch you would find them in a kinda South East to North West oval shape. Here is VV

Folks have been posting images like this for some time that have been called DDR's, I don't think that this is one of them. A larger close up may help here (but not a screen shot of a close up - they are next to useless).
