He also did a minor conservation. I recently purchased some 1946 S LWC with inverted mint mark and put together a package for PCGS variety attribution and grading... At the last minute, I decided to include this 1852 in the PCGS submission. I was pleasantly surprised by the PCGS grade. I even included a copy of Bob Grellman's Grade and Attribution in the PCGS submission. Report this Post to the Staff
