Wow..! 13 years since this topic was posted..!
I found a 5 Cents 2005p Victoire-Frappe through a torch..!

Definitely impressive looking, but it appears the torch impression was added after the strike.
We'll wait for the experts.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

How does that indentation get there without the rim being indented? Did someone hacksaw the V out of a second coin and hit the fragment into this coin with a hammer?

The incuse design on the reverse of the Canadian 5-cent coin is a large dropped filling impression.
Error coin writer and researcher.

I would have liked to see the photos of the coin (SilverMaple post on coincommunity.com)
and the photos of the coin (101sous posted on Numicanada.com) to be able to compare the 3 coins of 5 Cents 2005p

Unfortunately he decided to embed photos from a third party source rather than uploading them directly to CCF. We have no control over that. Also, he has not been around in nearly ten years so I would not expect him to come post them again.
