In your title you stated 'obverse' I fairly certain you meant 'reverse', But let me go and have a look and see what you have here.

I would say that you have the type A reverse - normal for the 1964.
I determine that by the weak leaf that is left of the leaf over the arrow tips, as the rest of this coin is too worn down to see good details.

Thank you, Dearborn. And, yes, I meant the reverse. Do you think there is doubling on the mint mark and on the 'dollar' on the reverse?

This it is the Type A quarter. Dear, best to go by the N in UNUM and then by the leaf's in front of the arrows tips.

Is not doubling there.
