Help With A George Washington 10mm Coin (Id: Commemorative Portrait Medal)

artlover888 New Member United States 6 Posts	Posted 07/02/2023 8:48 pm Hello. First time user, so pardon me if I make missteps along the way. Coin has me stumped. Obverse is identical/near identical to the Shell Oil Company's Presidential coin series, however the reverse is not the same. I cannot locate any date, or mint mark.
