Soak it in acetone and it will likely go away.

already have it in acetone. I thought it looked like glue around it but why are the letters mirror imaged shouldnt they be normal if someone just glued part of another cent onto this one

Nope, the glue is left stuck to one of the coins with the reversed lettering.
