a few spots on both sides. typical even on some 68's ive seen. quite a few rim ticks. probably hold it back a little along with the small marks on the rev field above NE. strike looks pretty sharp. i'd say MS66RD

I'd go MS66, potentially 67. Great example for a 2007 business strike with such few carbon spots. The hazing/ white spots around the obverse is the biggest detractor to me, plus some small ticks and hairlines around the coin.
