I wasn't sure how to grade this one because the obverse is so different than the reverse. Ignoring the scratches, Jefferson's bust and the lettering might be XF. But then you flip it over, and Monticello is like pudding. You can see lines and details at an angle, but head-on it looks totally worn.
Do this many small scratches put the nickel into Details? Or is that expected for a coin that circulated for 82 years? The PCGS videos on grading a Details: Scratch only really cover long, deep, single scratches. The 98 Damage video uses a parking lot coin as an example, which this isn't.
