2021 P 25c Wc Clash With Possible New Doubled Die Reverse / DDR

Rainman1 Valued Member United States 54 Posts	Posted 07/05/2023 4:55 pm The clash in front of Washingtons face appears to be a double The suspected doubling is located along the bottom of his cuff as is seen in VVs DDR-001 thru 005 but they are oriented parallel to the cuff with separation. Here it extends from the cuff at about a 15-20 degree angle. Also, pinky seems doubled (hand holding cuttoe sword) Obverse has die crack similar to 002 and 004 but longer with slightly different position. Could this one add a new DDR to the group or is the suspected doubling related to the clash? Report this Post to the Staff

SamCoin Pillar of the Community United States 3237 Posts	Posted 07/05/2023 6:18 pm Definitely a clash and definitely a minor DDR, however I suspect this simply doesn't meet the criteria for listing. I've found that these DDRs on the cuff are extremely common to the point that there are probably hundreds of them out there, and I would think for one this small, it probably isn't considered noteworthy enough to get a listing.
