Nope, just damage on the FG initials. RDV-006 is normal on all 1989's. You want to look for the 1988 RDV-006's. https://doubleddie.com/278722.html

There's no such thing as an 89 reverse of 88. The one you're thinking of is an 88 reverse of 89, which was created because the mint ran out of reverse dies at the end of the calendar year and dipped into the supply of reverses for 89. Knowing this, it wouldn't make sense for there to be 89s minted with the reverse they had already run out of the year before, or they wouldn't have needed to use the 89 reverses in 88.
