Is this a French Jeton?
22 mm diameter and quite thin.

Looks like a French 2 Sols, LaRochelle(H) mint, with a double punched mintmark.

2 sols of Louis XV, KM# 500.9 La Rochelle mint the H does look double struck. Nice coin.

...and just in case it's not entirely clear from the previous responses, this is an actual coin, not a token or jeton.

As for the mintmark, I would've assumed it was the doubled B of the Strasbourg mint.

At first I also though the mint make was BB, but no coins were issued for the mint for that year.
