RDV-001 is normal. You have a 1972 D, not a 1972 P. http://varietyvista.com/25%20What%2...0Changes.htm

NGC has a great article on the 1972 (Philly) Type 1-3:

https://www.ngccoin.com/news/articl...ollar-Types/

I just analyzed a whole piggy bank can of '72 Ikes yesterday using my iPad. I went right down the line with my magnifier and iPad, taking a picture of each Earth. Then I split the screen between that NGC article and my photos. You can zoom right in on their strip of three reference images and do the comparison just flipping through your sequential photos.

No matches for me. I had a mix of mostly type 1 and some type 3. You can tell the difference easily because the type 3 Florida splits the islands, where type 1 the islands are all to the right. I don't have a type 2, but the images people have posted on this forum make it look way different than 1 or 3. Hope that helps!

These are type 1. Type 2 is the rare one and has incuse islands off the coast of Florida. I actually found a type 2 a couple days ago if you want to take a look for comparison http://goccf.com/t/449208&whichpage=1
