2004 P Washington Quarter With Numerous Apparent Errors

This quarter seems to have a lot of errors. It looks off center and there are deep gashes on both sides that look like they might have occurred when the coin was struck as opposed to after it left the mint. At first, I thought a truck might have sat on it but it doesn't look like it's spent a lot of time outside. I'd be interested to get some other opinions.

These aren't errors. It's a heavily damaged quarter. PSD.

Looks like someone hit the rim with a hammer then finished it off with a brutal beating on the interior.

The sad thing is someone probably paid $200 for it. I'm just glad it wasn't me.

@sickpuppy unless you or someone you know paid the $200, I find it very unlikely that anyone paid more than 25 cents for this coin, so you can rest easy.
