@zero, first welcome to CCF. Second, it looks like Ridge Ring, which is a result of being struck from a tired die. Finally, can you please tell us the year and mint for this cent? I'd like to add that info to your thread title to improve the CCF searchability. Thx.

Ok perfect. Thx for the additional info. As this is just a normal part of striking a bajillion cents with the same set of dies, there is no numismatic premium—this coin is worth face value.
