I think this error is uncommon in pure 100% nickle coins? Wondering what kind of hole/error this is actually called. Any value?

It's a caribou not a moose.
No extra value for that.
The coin is so beat up we'll never know for sure.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

A damage caused after in circulation. I don't think the coin have any value beyond face value
