second, always orient your coin properly

lastly the photos are too small to assign a grade other than AU to the coin. congrats on finding one.

If you don't know the backstory here, the US Mint produced a limited number of quarters at the West Point mint (1 million per design I believe) and released them to circulation. It's a nice find, congrats!
