Hello all, I came across a set of raised areas between (and perpendicular to) inner columns inside the Memorial. Any help to identify would be appreciated. Many thanks as always for community members' time and expertise.

Here is a real image of the memorial, take note of the arrows where the walls and other columns are behind the front row.

I think the OP is referring to the horizontal anomaly. To me, it just looks like damage, misplaced metal. You can see scrapes that line up with it on the columns.

Hi, thanks for your patience as I'm learning how to better specify my inquiries. In the photo attached to this post I've added arrows to the raised areas I meant to indicate. The anomalies are between columns 6-7, 7-8, and 8-9. What struck me as curious was the discontinuity of the horizontal features, and (relative) lack of damage on the columns. Thanks again (and please forgive me if I misunderstood your replies)!

I looked at that possibility, John but couldn't make it work. From the looks of it, it is as I stated above.

OH! My bad - at least you know about the vertical lines now.
What you are pointing out could be a die gouge, seeing how the anomaly is on or next to level with the fields..
