Alright ladies and gents I need some help here, would this be considered the following? It is in rough shape no doubt. 1941-S FS-511, MMS-004.1

The descender of the MM looks more closer to MMS-004.3.

Appreciate the response mac I really cannot tell the difference lol these eyes are aging for sure. What is making you lean toward .4 over .1 if you don't mind me asking

The knob tail like in 004.1 vs the trumpet style 004.3.
Also, position where the MM, 004.1 is on the right, the leaf is more in the left.

004.3 is more like in the middle.

I agree that it looks more like 004.3. Have you looked through the markers or are those worn away on the dime?

Although the important thing is that it's a trumpet tail. They are all FS-511.

Yeah I tried looking for the markers but seem to be worn away could not find a die gouge but there are also no die scratches that I could spot. So idk haha but as long as it's a trumpet tail I think I'll keep this in my collection. And I will file it as a VF as per Panzaldi, appreciate it!!
