I'd call this an F15. Just don't see it making 20. Not a bad coin, N-3/R-2, but the retail on it should be about $80 from what I've seen generally. Dealer wants more than twice that. What am I missing here?

F15 for sure but I there may be enough meat on the bones to make VF20. looks like an old cleaning. even if it did make 20 the price would be full retail+. at 15 then shes way overpriced
