Hi everyone! I find this 2019 N Mariana Islands few months ago and put it a side, I'm not sure if this is DDR because it's no listed anywhere. Please let me know your thoughts about this thank you!

Those are some really nice closeup pictures @gigi, but unfortunately you just have Machine Doubling, as noted by @err. It seems to be quite common on modern quarters.

Usually on these quarters you see MD toward the rim. This might be the first one I've seen sidewise.

gigi, I'm not saying this is a doubled die because these devices are incused, and incused DD would reduce the size of the letters. Just saying I've never seen MD going sidewise. Even with E&Vs link shows vertical MD. Wait for some more responses.
