Found this 80D last night roll searching.
MD's on the date by the Eight and Zero, but is it also MD by the Mint-Mark or a possible combination of both MD and an RPM also?

If you're talking about the notch on the top, it looks like a hit mark.

You can have Machine Doubling on a variety.
1980-D-Lincoln-Memorial-Cent-MD-And-A-RPM?

But most of the time it is a dead give away when the doubling on the date and mint mark is in the same direction.
