1976 D One Cent Fat Letters And Date

Good evening.. I started to post this 1976 D three times and each time I decided not to because I just wasn't sure of the attribution or even if it was a DDO. What caught my eye was the fat date and other letters. I went back to Wexler and the other sites again and again and it sure looks WDDO-001.. That's the only one listed. Your opinion please. Thank you.

It's unfortunately not WDDO-001. It's not showing the extra thickness in IGWT.
