I am new here. I'm from United States of America in Tucson Az. I inherited my grandfather's coins and been collecting for over 10 years now. I have questions about my coins that's what brought me here today.

I have a dime with no date on it. On the back side the words in Latin are not there. The side of this coin looks like a copper penny. No ridges. The coin on the head side up looks bumpy and is hard to visually look at. Where as the reverse side is easy to see it.
As soon as I figure out how to send a photo I will take one.
Thank you

To CCF! It's been damaged after it left the U.S Mint. PSD.

to the CCF and dryer cion. If it was acid the edge wouldn't be completely smooth, some of the reeding would still remain.

The coin looks like it's been stamped more than once and it looks blurry to begin with. The reverse side is not as bad as the obverse. The sides have not ridges it looks like a penny.
