Have this Virginia Quarter that is about spot on with the one listed on Wexler's http://doubleddie.com/186406.html), but none of the die markers are showing. Wondering if this is due to the die state or this just another DDO variety?

You did something weird with the link. The Y in LIBERTY looks thicker.

I see what you are saying Willburton, but nothing done different. That is how it looks. I just checked the obverse example I have for State Quarters and this is how they are. (https://www.usmint.gov/wordpress/wp...obverse.jpg)

Dearborn, the OP is talking about the ear. There's a DDO on the ear.

Nice find by the way!

Nah the link is on track. I was addressing the Y in LIBERTY and how it was of the correct thickness on the right side. Good to know it is working Dearborn, since my new security software was blocked the use of Preview when posting. Fixed that now.
Thanks. Recently I came across a few that are pretty nice, and not listed at this time, unless the differences equate to die state.

As for the same die: I'm not sure about the die state for the DDR-001 listed, and I think this coin look like an EDS.
When seeing them side-by-side the curvature at the bottom of the lobe is different. With such a same difference it is hard to tell. To match a professional pictures lighting can be tricky. Well when you have a lot to learn with microscope photos.
