Brummagem, can you work your magic yet again?
There is a 1512 LaHarpe Street in NOLA, although it is an empty lot now. Unlisted in Crawford & Farber. The listing on tokencatalog states "farberdoesnotthinklouisiana, Crawfordwillnotlistinlacft2".
If not NOLA, it only set me back $4 so it would not be a great loss.

Thank you, Brummagen! I posted the pics to tokencatalog where it was tenously attributed to NOLA, but almost immediately it was changed to LaSalle IL.
