I have a 2008 d Lincoln Cent and need help with possibly figuring out if the back of coin is a die stamp error or another penny stamped on it, this is my first post and have others to post,thank you for helping me.

to the CCF Looks like some kind of chemical eating away the plating. Soak it in acetone, see if it does anything too it.
