Pictures are very poor, but I don't believe it's RDV-006. The title of " Wide AM" for this coin is yet another instance of the Cherry Picker's Guide being edited by people who don't really know what they're doing, since both the standard reverse for this year, RDV-005, and the rare transitional reverse RDV-006, have a Wide AM. The difference is most visible on the FG, with the G having a flared lip on the 006 (the lettering on USA is also different).

I prefer the descriptive title of "reverse of 89" for thse, since that's what the actual variety is, a transitional reverse meant for the next year. Or just go with the more boring RDV-005/006 designations, which are a little dry, but are the most technically sound.

Pictures aren't good enough to evaluate your coin.

My apologies for the picture quality I'll try to re-take them it's just hard to get a close up of the initials being that they are small. Here is what I am seeing I've put the arrows to show what I'm Talking about

@Scooby re-read my comment. You're getting distracted by the Wide AM thing. There are three reverses you're getting confused by. RDV-005 (no catchy name, but it has a "wide AM." This is the standard reverse used in 1988), RDV-006 (Also has a Wide AM, but the G has a flared lip. This was meant to go into use in 1989, but a few dies were used in 1988), and RDV-007 (this is the " Close AM" reverse die, which wasn't introduced until 1993 with some transitional reverses being minted in 1992. When you hear the terms "wide/close AM" it's distinguishing 006 from 007, not 005 from 006). Your coin is just the normal RDV-005, which was standard that year. The RDV-007 that you pointed arrows to in the second graphic is completely irrelevant as that reverse wasn't even designed for like another 3 or 4 years.
