Not sure if this penny has been cleaned but was given to me by a friend. What would I classify it as? And what grade would it be I'm a little confused with this one haha

looks like lamination issues on the obv. i'll call it MS62RB

Thank you guys I appreciate your grading. As for the lamination I did try and get a close up cuz I did think it looked a little weird.
