For a Commem for CMH Recipients they could either do a half dollar size or a dollar size coin (I would prefer a Large Dollar size myself)

The mint could put the CMH Winner on the obverse and the Medal on the reverse along with the dates won on the reverse, and as usual with commemoratives, proceed could go to Veterans in need.

Well, looking at the stats that jbuck put up, maybe they can do CMH commem for folks that have gotten more then one medal - that should bring down the count to a more manageable level

Nice idea John, but seems it would have to wait to do a big series on quarters at least. Between 2022 and 2030, the quarter dollar will likely be redesigned three times pursuant to the Circulating Collectible Coin Redesign Act of 2020

2022 to 2025—Prominent American Women
2026 Semiquincentennial In 2026, to celebrate the Semiquincentennial of the United States, the U.S. Mint is authorized to redesign the quarter dollar "with up to five different designs emblematic of the United States Semiquincentennial."

2027-2030—Youth Sports
Between 2027 and 2030, the U.S. Mint is authorized to
redesign the quarter dollar's reverse with images
"emblematic of sports played by American youth." Each
design would feature a single sport, with up to five sports
celebrated each year

Separate legislation before the House of Representatives and Senate seeking a three-coin commemorative coin program to recognize in 2025 the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Marine Corps has passed, each in its respective chamber, and each awaits consideration before the other body.

The House version of the bill was passed July 12 and moves to the Senate for consideration. H.R.1096 was originally introduced Feb. 17, 2023, by Rep. Seth Moulton, D-Mass.

Similar legislation in the Senate, S. 305, introduced Feb. 7, 2023, by Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Ct., was passed June 13 and moved to the House for consideration.

Both bills seek the production in Proof and Uncirculated versions of up to 50,000 gold $5 coins, 400,000 silver dollars and 750,000 copper-nickel clad half dollars.

...So time to get them your ideas on designs if that may fit here.
