I'd say that they're pretty tough to find. I have never found one.

What you see on PCGS site are just the FS. This do not mean others varieties are not recognized. Each TPG recognize according by theirs own visions. The DDO=005 1967 it is a nice one which go easy unrecognized. It is not rare variety but a must in the collection. Hope help you PS: Was find more in the sets.

Quote: Errers and Varietys write: I'd say that they're pretty tough to find. I will not say this. Is believe this it is Hub back. So at least 10 Dies was produce and if 75K each Die strike, are a lot around. This it is one a few DDO that I find in all 7 stages of the Die. 2 or 3 years ago someone told me find in SMS but never send me photo or the coin, so I can not confirm this. Could happened? Yes because the coins was strike in the same place. Will be nice if some pics of your coins will can be posted.

It is the DDO=005. You has the stage D of the die. Damage the coin it is a little bit circulated but steel be a nice. Been the photos here all can observe that this DDO can be easy confound with MD.

Thank you for the question which it is a very pertinent question and was not wrote to much about.
Maybe one day I will ask Mike Diamond to wrote about this controversial topic.
Me I go by the Die usurer. In order to be able you has to know coins on different stages of the strikes. In your case, been hub doubling I go by the relief of the doubling. I have samples to compare. Remember that is the VEDS or EDS show clear the doubling, the more the Die strike the more this doubling will become shadow. Basic it is this. The VLDS it is the bigger challenge, but will never shadow the spread of the material.
Some site will show you some markers. I agree with this when was only one Die involved, but in your coin case was many Dies, so the markers do not account.
Sorry it is short because this topic it is big debate and many pages to wrote about.
