Can anyone verify if this is a filled D or a doubled D ? Or something else ? Had a hard time getting a clearer picture. The other close up is a filtered one that shows more detail l believe.

Looks like filled D to me as well. I have seen people on u-tube selling these so just to inform new collectors that any fill D is only worth face value. They are not errors.
