hello everyone,

this is my first time posting and I wanted to share this coin I got back as change close to 30 years ago when I was 14 in 1994. I never really knew what it was as a kid other than it was a Jefferson nickel and it looked unique. my question is is it a die cap strike through error on both sides and if so is that rare or unique enough to get it graded? thank you for any insight.

I agree that it looks cool but it is just a damaged coin.

Thank you everyone for the insight. while it is disappointing it isn't a die cap error, it is still cool and I saved it all these years.

it's a Dryer Coin. I have one Dryer Coin that I've had for almost 40 years. It's a silver dime that my Dad found while working. I even have it in a 2x2 flip. It looks almost exactly like your coin.
