Just thought I would share this roll hunting find, kind of a strange place for a crack because it seemingly starts and stops completely on the die face, not on the edge. I think it does go to the edge, but it is too small to see.

When I see this made me thinking to Morgan's. Me I think the rim design made this happened. Very funny find.

Now those Die cracks back for Morgan's was told that the small dots of the rim put more pressure to the Die. In this case could be the 10 sides which act same.

It is not pre-cud or Cud it is an Die crack at her purity. Seem you has 2 coins from same Die.

Nice eye on seeing the cracks. I have seen this on Quarters following the bust line or eagles wing tips, but not on an SBA.

Thanks everyone! I will add that they are from the same die, not different dies.

Nice die crack. Is that the true color of the coins or is your white balance out of adjustment?

They are toned but not quite like the pictures show. My camera seems to like having a yellow colored bar moving across my screen with the fluorescent light I am using.
