France 20 Franc Something, Help!

I feel like I'm pretty good and research and understanding what I have but this one has been tough, I'm not a token collector but just got this and not sure what it is?
Its french, 20 francs, and has the wreath of the dupre on it,also has no date and is 13mm dia.
