It's almost proof-like. At least in how reflective and mirror-like it is. Hard to capture in pictures, but here goes

based on the photos presented reverse looks quite nice with very few flaws. I'm seeing some small hits on the eagle legs and to the right of the right wing.

obv left field marks along with chatter on the bottom of the bust will hold it back a tad as well as the rim staining near the MM. are couple small marks to the right of the date.

there is a lot of shadowing in the photos so its difficult to see any wear which could be on the hair around the ear area and the highest points of the neck.

I'm not convinced it would be MS. AU58 or MS63 and looking at the small rim scratches on both sides she has circulation so I'm leaning AU58

I don't THINK it's a die chip. Looks more like PMD of some kind sadly. More pictures here
