What Type Of Error Would This Jefferson Nickel Be? (1973 D)

Please see pics to get a better description. What type of error would this be called. * Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark to Title. If you were embezzling nickels would take a long time before you got rich, wouldn't it? I mean Henning counterfeited hundreds of thousands of nickels, but it didn't really pay off for him.
