I agree with Steve that pricing will vary on these type of notes. The value range I have for a 7 in a row is actually: $80-$200 added to the face value.
Of course some people just stick things on places like
ebay in auctions with poor seller feedback and/or have poor condition notes and so some may sell for less at times. In other words generally, the notes which are pulled out from circulation and look more worn out will not give you as much value as a "mint condition" type note (uncirculated) in the same type of fancy serial number. That's why we have condition standards for currency and grading companies like PMG, and PCGS. This is more important with notes like yours that appeal to serious currency collectors. In this case could be graded, kept or sold graded or raw since its obvious what the note is and doesn't require certification, only perhaps a condition grade would be nice to serious collectors and the higher that condition is graded the more it can sell for.
