Can Anyone Help Me Identify This Lincoln Cent Mint Error

Hey guys I recently came across this 6 8 copper Lincoln sent and I noticed there is a chunk missing from his chin you can see a line I believe where the edge of it is supposed to be but there is a in proportion large chunk of copper missing if that makes sense I'm going to try and add pictures to this the first one will be another 68 without the error for comparison
