Wow! A beauty. I'm at 63 because of the chatter in the field in front of her face. Minor hits on cheek, chin and neck. Reverse very nice. Slight scratching/bag marks to the right of the eagle. Small scratch vertical from left leaves. 63 feels about right ,but, that said, 64 would not surprise me too much. Great eye appeal!

Coin is in an ANACS small soapbox holder from the AMOS ownership era. Under lamp light coin shows as mostly gold in subdued light it displays mostly copper coloring. Tried to bring it out in pics, thats why there is a marked difference in color between pics.

Solid 63. Just don't overpay. Slabbed specimens go in the $800 - $900 range.

ANACS has MS64 on the holder, I saw an attractive MS63 and bid accordingly. Surprisingly it hammered at $755 thats below greysheet. These are going for between 8-9 hundred bucks now in MS-63 wow! seems like yesterday you could get nice MS examples for $525- 600.00 I've been under a rock. Had it checked on a new sigmapro x-ray today and it's A ok next step for this one is an NGC holder, will post results in a couple months. After looking at many NGC 1900 MS63's I feel confident enough to crack it out myself and just send it raw...you never know it could get MS62 or maybe MS63 with a coveted star? No illusions here will let the NGC folks make the call. Thanks for your input.

either way it was a good buy regardless how it comes back. its a tough call to keep it in an ANACS 64 holder or a possible MS63 NGC holder. imo people rely too much on the slab grade.
