Good evening! To me this coin is a bit interesting but I need help to determine if it is actually multiples die chip or it's damage made it by someone?

Why would there be solder on a coin? If someone is soldering in a apartment or inside a house at a table, you want metal between table and your soldering. The easiest thing to use would be a quarter. Look around your house, what would you grab in a hurry?
