These are two identical year quarters one has the potential error and the other quarter does not. How can one quarter have a very high luster and the other one looks like all the other quarters that I have?
dull - circulated Shiny - not as well circulated raised mark by mouth - could be one of 2 things: 1. a die chip 2. a well placed hit that moved the metal a little and piled it up.
