Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 08/12/2023 11:26 pm to the CCF! The strike isn't off center. If it was 20% off center a large part of the design would be missing. This coin shows full rims, so it was struck in the collar without an offset. The person that told you it was off center may have been fooled by positioning of the stain. I'd say the stain is 10% off of the curve of this coin. Here's an animation I did to help understand off center coins. While it isn't exact, it should give you an idea of what would be missing if this coin were indeed an off-center strike.
