It's not a coin, it's a token.

Small chance it's made of silver and would be worth melt, more likely silver plated base metal and has no numismatic value.

Not seen it before but if it's a token it's still collectible, so don't bin it! Token collecting is a well established hobby over here in little old England.

It's a Chinese-made "fantasy dollar", with designs rather loosely based on American coins. They typically sell for a couple of dollars in the street markets.

There is generally very little collector interest in Chinese fakes like this, sorry.
