I'm traveling, so can't give accurate measurements for a while. Will try to post a picture tomorrow with something else for reference. Pretty small.

Found it in rocks on north exterior of Mont Saint Michel, France, while my kids were playing on beach

Yes, French or Low Countries is my guess.

The design with a single fleur de lys on one side and a cross on the other, both inside a lobe, was used by French kings for the smallest denominations (usually obols) during the 15th century. It was imitated by a number of feudal lords in the Low Countries.

So, an obol from the 15th century, either French or Low Countries. Mont St Michel was in important pilgrimage site, so finding coins from far away is not unlikely. I wish the inscriptions were more readable, then it would be possible to narrow it down. I am not able to match what I can (?) read to any of the royal coins from that time, so maybe Low Countries?
