Hello! I just have a question regarding this 1965 Washington quarter. I have come zoomed in photos of a weird extra line above Washington's neck and was wondering what the possible causes are?Thank you so much!

Please post a full, large and sharp image of the entire obverse. Looking for additional evidence of 'old' roll wrapping machine damage--a possibility.

It has the same arc as the quarter - I think the rim of another was pressed against this one, whether it be from the weight of other quarters in the mint bag or intentional. Or it could be coin Rolling Machine Damage too.
How about a full coin image?

to the CCF!

I think it's just a scratch on the surface of the coin. It looks like it extends to the ribbon of the ponytail and maybe into the word TRUST as well. From these images I'm going to say it's just Post Strike Damage.
ANA ID: 3203813 - CONECA ID: N-5637 Clean a coin that may be worth collecting? Please DON'T! When in doubt, leave it dirty!!
