1960 D LMC Filled 9 Possible RPM?

I recently started going thru pennies sorting by date..these are my 1960 D..lots of rpm's to look for but initial look thru shows 2 errors...this is first.

the 9 is clogged from a die chip, which is usually considered a die event, a sort of quasi error

You do have a Die Chip in the date, but I'm not seeing an RPM with these pictures. Try getting a close up of the mint mark.
