This Roosevelt has a high, thin rim. It is smooth-edged without ridges. It has some copper showing, particularly on the rim. What is this?

Could be a Spooned coin or a Dryer Coin. It's PMD.

@ste, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that this is mechanical damage (such as happens to a Dryer Coin) rather than a mint error. For whatever reason, we have seen several of these posted in the past day or two.
