The coin looks like it was cut down for some reason. With the full design on both sides, it should have full reeding as well. Do you know the weight?

I wonder if this coin was meant to be the reverse of a Magician's coin.

I weighed it it's 20 thousandths Oz light and 20 thousandths small in diameter. I see one small possible spot on edge where it's slightly irregular like the start stop line if they used a sander. They did a pretty good job keeping the angle smooth and true!
