Memphis Rose type. Very early posthumous.

Beautiful, this would have been minted under Ptolemy I as satrap of Egypt I believe. I'd love to have one.

Memphis Belle came a bit later.

Back to the tet pictured, these solid silver things have the tactile feel of a genuine chunk of MONEY.

It has some surface roughness, but lots of remaining detail. That is a good addition to your collection.

A nice addition to your collection! I have one too. Prior research attributed these as lifetime Alexander issues, currently it's thought to be shortly after his death. Also, some say these may have been struck in Alexandria rather than Memphis but this is uncertain. CNG now attributes them as "Memphis or Alexandria mint." We may never know for sure unless maybe another hoard is found someday. Doesn't really matter a lot, they are still very cool coins to own.
